The complaints procedure enables persons to report human rights and environment-related risks as well as violations of human rights-related or environment-related obligations that have occurred as a result of the economic actions of an enterprise in its own business area or of a direct supplier. The complaints procedure is accessible to potential parties involved and information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Time slot booking system
Cargoclix
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve quality, efficiency, and service, we will introduce a time slot booking system at the STULZ Hamburg site.
This system is designed to make the delivery process via freight forwarders more efficient and seamless by coordinating unloading and goods receipt within a selected time slot.
Objectives:
- Reduced waiting times for carriers
- Improved planning reliability for all parties
- Transparency regarding the delivery status
Time slot bookings will be managed through our partner Cargoclix.
