STULZ Celebrates Ribbon Cutting for New Denton, Texas Manufacturing Facility, Marking Third U.S. Production Site
Denton, Texas – March 25, 2026 — STULZ, a global leader in mission-critical cooling solutions, today celebrates the official ribbon-cutting of its new manufacturing facility in Denton, Texas. The plant, which began operations in July 2025, represents STULZ’s third manufacturing facility in the United States and a significant milestone in the company’s continued investment in domestic production and long-term growth.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on March 25, 2026, with members of the Stulz family, along with U.S. and global STULZ executives, local officials, and community partners in attendance. STULZ is a proud member of the Denton County Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to continued collaboration with local business and civic leaders.
“Our decision to expand into Denton County is driven by our mission to deliver industry-leading data center cooling solutions at scale while moving closer to our customers,” said Brian Hatmaker, President, STULZ USA. “Our new manufacturing facility in Denton County is part of our broader commitment to match U.S. production capacity with strong growth and future data center demand. As we expand our U.S. capabilities in Frederick, Maryland and Dayton, Tennessee, we identified Denton, Texas as an ideal manufacturing location due to its strategic location and available workforce. The business-friendly environment and warm welcome we received from the State of Texas, Denton Economic Development teams, utilities, and local partners allowed us to move confidently. This investment not only enhances our production capacity but reinforces our commitment to positively impact the local communities where we operate.
The Denton facility added more than 200,000 square feet of highly flexible, state-of-the-art production space to STULZ USA’s manufacturing footprint and created more than 100 new jobs in the region, with more expected in 2026. Designed to meet STULZ’s exacting standards for precision engineering, the facility complements the company’s existing U.S. operations in Frederick, Maryland, and Dayton, Tennessee, enabling efficient distribution to key data center markets across North America.
This expansion is part of STULZ USA’s broader effort to support the data center industry’s growing demand for environmentally responsible and energy-efficient cooling solutions. By increasing production capacity, the Denton facility enables STULZ to support both legacy and emerging data center technologies, ensuring infrastructure solutions evolve alongside customers’ needs. As a market leader with decades of experience and a strong reputation for quality, STULZ remains committed to advancing sustainable, cutting-edge cooling technologies for mission-critical environments.
“STULZ’s choice to invest in the City of Denton highlights the strength of our thriving local economy and the appeal of our growing community to a global manufacturer,” said Denton Mayor Gerard Hudspeth. “STULZ brings a strategic mindset ready to contribute to the vibrancy of Denton, which offers endless economic opportunities and a focused vision. Together, we are committed to a brighter future for our city and the North Texas region.”
