STULZ AUSTRIA After-Sales Service provides you with an extensive scope of service cover for all air-conditioners and chillers in our sales program.
Without exception, we only provide support for appliances and systems made by manufacturers with which our Sales team has established partnerships and where our After-Sales Service technical staff provide factory-based training sessions on how to professionally execute maintenance and repair work.
Given that modern air-conditioners and chiller units have been optimized to achieve high levels of convenience and efficient energy utilization and that they are equipped with manufacturer-specific feedback control technology, inverter systems and specialist refrigeration systems, the fact that our After-Sales Service staff are all specialists offers a major benefit to our customers.
For our customers, we have a spare parts storage facility that stocks significant genuine spare parts. Through our partnership with each manufacturer, we can also obtain spare parts at short notice.
We can provide maintenance agreements for your air-conditioning systems that are specially adapted to your needs. These include full maintenance contracts, preventive maintenance, inspections, filter services, disinfections, inspections in accordance with the Austrian Cooling Unit Ordinance e.g., Sections 16, 17 & 22, and emergency services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Here are the opening times on normal working days of the HVAC After-Sales Service team and the spare parts warehouse:
Mondays to Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to mid-day and from 12:30 – 5:00 p.m.,
Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

For systems with an emergency service contract, our customers receive their own emergency service telephone number so that they can reach our air conditioning After-Sales Service team outside our normal opening hours.
