All details about InterRack BR
Sizes
The InterRack BR series is engineered to deliver economical, reliable, and high-performance operation in mission-critical environments. Available in two widths (300 mm and 600 mm) and three depths (1000 mm, 1100 mm, and 1200 mm), it easily adapts to various data center layouts.
Units are installed directly between server racks, optimizing available space and maximizing usable area for your IT equipment. Compatible with racks from any manufacturer, the InterRack BR units come in different depths and allow easy maintenance access from both the front and rear—regardless of the rack depth.
Type of inflation
Hot Aisle Containment
InterRack units with lateral air discharge are ideal for hot aisle containment applications. The cold air is directed laterally along the aisle, ensuring uniform distribution and preventing it from mixing with the hot return air — a key factor in maintaining thermal efficiency.
Cold Aisle Containment
For cold aisle containment applications, InterRack units with front air discharge are used. The units are installed in a staggered arrangement, supplying cold air directly in front of the racks to ensure precise and efficient cooling of the server air intakes.
EC Fan
InterRack BR units come equipped with high-efficiency EC fans as standard.
This configuration offers the following key benefits:
- Lower energy consumption and reduced noise levels;
- Optimized airflow rate at fan speeds tailored for partial load operation;
- Increased airflow capacity across all unit sizes;
- Advanced technology, featuring the latest generation of motors, electronic controllers, and impellers.
